With more than 29 years of real estate experience, Kesner has proven to be a committed leader and member of the Association of REALTORS庐, serving in numerous positions at the local, state, and national levels. Scott was named REALTOR庐 of the Year by the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS庐 in 2003 and 2016.  Kesner served as chairman of the Texas Association of REALTORS庐 in 2015, and over the course of the last decade, has served on, or chaired more than a dozen other committees and task forces of the organization. At the national level, he has served as a director on the National Association of REALTORS庐 Board of Directors for six of the last eight years.

In 2016 Scott was appointed to the TWIA (Texas Wind Insurance Association) Board of Directors by the Chairman of The Texas Department of Insurance as one of three at-large directors located out of the TWIA 14-county coverage area.

In 2018 Scott served as a National Association of REALTORS庐 Regional Vice President representing Texas and Louisiana and was also appointed to the 星空体育app下载 Education Standards Advisory Committee. Kesner is a 星空体育app下载 approved instructor since 2001 and teaches various continuing education courses.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science from Sul Ross State University in 1985 in Criminal Justice and Communications. Scott has been married to Paula for 38 years and they have three children, one granddaughter, and one grandson.
