星空体育app下载 staff recently participated in the Annual Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) meeting, where regulatory agencies from across the country met to discuss issues affecting their jurisdictions.聽 It was helpful to see how the issues we are facing are also being faced in other parts of the country.聽 Wholesaling was a significant topic of conversation, as was license portability and even increasing the limits on recovery funds.聽 These are all topics the Commission will be reviewing and addressing in coming meetings.聽

Upcoming Meetings聽

This month many of our hardworking聽颁辞尘尘颈迟迟别别蝉听补谤别听尘别别迟颈苍驳聽in preparation for聽the November Commission meeting. If you want to learn the ins and outs of proposals and changes at 星空体育app下载, attend a committee meeting. I assure you it is always educational.聽聽

For example, the聽Broker-Lawyer Committee will review comments related to the recent contract changes, as well as聽comments on聽other聽contract聽issues.聽

The markets in Texas continue to be solid, and many of us continue to remain busy.
