As a Business Entity Real Estate Broker, you must renew your license every two years. A renewal notice will be sent out about 90 days before your expiration date.听Until you receive this notice of renewal, you cannot renew your license.

Requirements for renewing your听Business听Entity Broker License:

If the designated broker does not own at least 10% of the entity, provide proof that the business entity maintains errors and omissions听(E&O) insurance听with a minimum annual limit of $1 million per occurrence.

For foreign business entities, proof that the business entity is licensed as a foreign broker, such as a real estate license history from the other state.

Renew Online:

1. Renew online using our . If you have not renewed online before, you may need to register first.
2. Submit听required documents听to 星空体育app下载 before the license expiration date or听your license will expire. If your license expires, late renewal fees will apply and all sales agents sponsored by the broker license will become inactive.
3. Pay the renewal fee online using our 听no later than the expiration date of your license.

Renew by Mail:

1. Submit the听Renewal of Business Entity Broker License-Timely or Expired Less Than Six Months听
