Update to the Qualifying Education Course Posting System

ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓýappÏÂÔØ is pleased to announce an update to the Posting System that allows all providers of real estate Qualifying Education (QE) courses to post course credit directly into the agency’s system of record. Updated Texas Real Estate Inspector Standards of Practice Effective February 1

Real estate inspectors licensed in Texas are required to follow the Standards of Practice (SOPs). These SOPs define the minimum requirements for a real estate inspection performed for a prospective buyer or seller of one to four family dwelling. Changes to the SOPs were adopted at the August ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓýappÏÂÔØ Commission Meeting and are effective February 1, 2022.
