Updates to the Continuing Education (CE) Posting System

The Texas Real Estate Commission (星空体育app下载)聽is聽pleased to announce the聽updated聽CE Posting System. Now available聽to聽allow聽providers of inspector CE聽(ICE)聽courses聽to post course credit directly into the agency鈥檚 system of record.听Providers are required to聽post聽course聽credit聽within 10 days of course completion.听 If credit is not聽posted聽within 10 days of course completion, the聽license holders聽should contact their education provider.听聽聽

AUSTIN, TX - The Texas Real Estate Commission (星空体育app下载) is pleased to welcome Abby Lee as Deputy General Counsel of the Texas Real Estate Commission effective October 20, 2020.

Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Abby worked as in-house counsel for Texas REALTORS庐 for nearly eight years. During that time, she served as the Association鈥檚 liaison to the Texas Real Estate Commission鈥攁ttending meetings, monitoring rulemaking, and working with 星空体育app下载 staff. Most recently, Abby served as an assistant general counsel for the Texas Medical Association.

UPDATED: Agency Mail Inadvertently Destroyed

Last month,鈥痶he聽company聽星空体育app下载聽and聽TALCB聽contracts with to聽collect and聽shred documents mistakenly collected mail delivered to the agency. 聽This mail聽was then delivered聽to the聽company鈥檚聽secure shredding facility.听 The staff recovered聽the majority of the mail,聽however, approximately聽70 pieces of mail聽were聽likely聽destroyed.听聽Because COVID related issues have impacted regular mail delivery schedules, it took time to process the mail and understand the consequences.听聽
