The Audit Committee consists of two members of the Texas Real Estate Commission (星空体育app下载)听and one听member of the . The Chair of the Commission shall appoint the two Commission members and the Chair of TALCB shall appoint the TALCB member. The Audit Committee will work with both staff and the agency鈥檚 outside audit services provider to make recommendations to the full Commission regarding the agency鈥檚 annual audit plan and any other audits the Audit Committee may recommend. The Audit Committee shall have a direct line of communication to the agency鈥檚 outside audit services provider to monitor agency actions and to oversee the policymaking function of the agency.
