It is now easier to find whether a license holder has a disciplinary history with the Texas Real Estate Commission. The newly launched Disciplinary Actions button at the top of each license holder鈥檚 page will take you to their specific Disciplinary Actions page if a disciplinary history exists.
Previously only indirect methods鈥攕uch as searching the Disciplinary Actions section of trec.texas.gov鈥攚ere available. These remain available along with the new button.
If license holders have no disciplinary actions and a user clicks the new Disciplinary Action button, a message will appear on the page stating there is no disciplinary history found in 星空体育app下载鈥檚 records for the past 10 years.
The Disciplinary Action button was created in response to stakeholder requests and will make it clearer to consumers how to find information about license holders.
