To implement requirements in the agency鈥檚 Sunset bill, the Commission recently adopted rules eliminating 星空体育app下载 licenses for instructors.听 However, the standards that set the qualifications for instructors did not change.听 Effective September 1, education providers are now responsible to ensure instructors meet the qualifications to teach a course. We have also published two articles explaining these topics,听one about the upcoming changes, and another about the听adoption of the rule and the requirements for instructors.

In an effort to make the transition as seamless as possible, 星空体育app下载 has published a checklist providers may use to evaluate qualifications of qualifying real estate instructors.听 Additionally, we have published a list of previously approved real estate and inspector instructors, including the course topics they were approved to teach.听 Providers may refer to this list when considering employing a new instructor who held an instructor license prior to September 1, 2019.

As part of routine auditing of approved education providers, 星空体育app下载 will review the qualifications of instructors employed, so it is important to make sure records are always current.听 Disciplinary action may be taken against an education provider who fails to sufficiently qualify an instructor before allowing them to teach a course.
